We all get a little older

I was recently checking out my stats on this here blog and I saw that one of the outgoing clicks was to the Faith Leon page on XVideos. I mentioned her in two blog posts in 2023, which suggests that someone last week actually read one of those (thanks, whoever you are).

I was first exposed to Faith Leon via Far East Media (which, due to various age limitation laws, now requires you to sign up before even looking at its free content), a site that does videos where models are spanked and then fucked. Faith’s video instantly became one of my favorites, and every now and then I’d come across her when searching for porn to watch (which I don’t do anymore because I don’t masturbate much, if at all — but back when I did, I liked to watch videos). I always enjoyed her work, and I’m sure there’s at least two or three videos of her in my emotional support porn folder.

When I clicked on Faith’s page, though, I was mildly surprised to learn that she’s 41 years old. Now, I get it — we can’t remain young forever, and I’m substantially older than I was when I first saw her FEM video. Still, it’s a surprise, the same way I get surprised when I talk to former spanking partners (like my veterinarian) and find out they’re in their forties now. I suppose if I met someone who was in vet school when I was in my late twenties, it only makes sense that she’s forty now. I also have met several spanking models who’ve been doing this for a long time, and they’re in their late thirties or early forties — when I first met some of them, they were in their twenties. (I have a very vivid memory of my first ever TASSP, in 2014, during one of the demos, where a nude Princess Kelley May put a nude Sarah Gregory over her lap and spanked her.)

I guess we all get a little older. I’m turning 49 next year, and I have a 20-year-old kid. I’m still often surprised by that fact.

Getting older has a funny way of sneaking up on you. You go about your day feeling pretty much like the same person you were a decade or two ago, until a random stat, a performer’s age, or a casual conversation with an old acquaintance changes your mindset. One minute you’re attending your first spanking party in 2014, and the next, a full decade has evaporated.

There’s a strange kind of comfort in it, though. Seeing someone whose work you enjoyed back in the day — or someone you used to share a niche hobby with — still out there, thriving and owning their age, grounds the passage of time. It reminds us that aging isn’t a loss of identity; it’s just accumulating context. The models grow older, the content platforms change their sign-up rules, and our our habits naturally taper off..

A lot of people throw shade at the aging process, but it’s a good reminder to appreciate where you’ve been, accept where you’re at, and take a little satisfaction in the fact that, despite the years piling on, the good memories are still right there waiting for you.
