I finished writing the December collection of holiday stories (again, just the first drafts) on October 29 — I started on August 22, so it took me just over two months to finish this collection. It’s the longest one yet — 78,400 words. That’s longer than some of my novels. That means I’ve finished the project — 365 stories, two years, 628,000 words. I’m amazed that I got it done, especially given all the difficulties I’ve faced over the past year, but hey, success is success.

The December edition introduces us to four new main-ish characters — Chris, Anita, Julianna, and “RealistGL” (I never mention his actual name in the story; that’s his Kinkster name). It also has two stories that include edge play — which you can skip right over if you’re not into that sort of thing. And it’s really edgy, at least for me — intense breath play, human furniture, kicking, punching, rough body play, and verbal degradation. That last one was a surprise for me when I wrote it; I never thought I’d be into it, but right before I wrote those two stories’ first drafts (way back in 2020) I’d met a woman who was into being degraded, and I liked her enough to try it. It’s not something that I do regularly, but I enjoyed doing it with her. We also had some pretty rough encounters in the years we knew each other, prior to the relationship that included the degradation. I personally think the two stories are pretty hot, but I’ll understand if readers disagree and choose to skip them.
