Another interactive novel is coming (finally)!

It took more than a year, but I’ve finally come up with an idea for a sequel to Weekend Plans. I can’t believe I didn’t think of it sooner, honestly.

Basically, in what is tentatively called either Party Plans or Weekend Plans 2: [insert subtitle here], our main character Shawn goes to a spanking party. Well, maybe he does; there are four main paths: he goes as a top, he goes as a bottom, he goes as a switch, or he doesn’t go at all. (I wrote the last of those first, and as I outlined I found a funny way to end each part of that branch.)

This is most likely going to be at least as long as Weekend Plans; my outline spreadsheet (when I outline interactive novels, I use a spreadsheet; I know a lot of people like to do brainstorm diagrams or mind maps) has 500 possible pages in it, and I’ve written outlines for at least 200 of them so far. I’m going to try to keep it under 400 pages, which in print could be as long as 500 or 550 pages (depending on how long each “page” of the story is), but we’ll have to see what develops.

Oh, and don’t worry; the Spanking Connected Universe links up to this story; there are at least two characters from Three Paddlings for Kristen, Isabel and Tennespankee, as well as Michelle from my as-yet-untitled and as-yet-unpublished spanking meme story. I’m trying to find a way to shoehorn Kristen into it too, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to pull that off except as maybe a side character that shows up for a page or two.

I’m really excited that I was able to come up with something new. I hope that, as I start posting bits of it, you like it too.
