AMA

A lot of people on Fetlife are taking advantage of the new AMA (ask me anything) feature, which was created shortly after the Fetlife team realized people were using NGL, another way to send anonymous messages, and posting links to their NGL pages. If you keep people on the site, then you can serve them more ads, and remember, if you’re not paying for the product, you are the product.

I’ve thought about adding the AMA button to my profile, but only on my personal profile since I’m a lifetime supporter. Apparently you can’t do AMA if you’re not a supporter, and I’m not a supporter on my author profile. Anyway, the point is, I don’t need people to use an AMA button or a NGL page, because I have a contact page right here on the blog. It might be a little hard to see because it’s hidden in the menu if you’re on mobile (see the image below for where to tap). (Oh, and also, if you want to subscribe to my blog and get my posts directly in your email, you can hit the same menu button on the desktop version — you can’t subscribe in mobile for some reason.)

I would love for you to ask me questions, especially ones that have answers I can turn into blog entries, so please make use of the contact page. I know it says that name and email are required, but that’s a WordPress setting that I can’t change. Just put in whatever name you want me to call you, and you can put in a fake email address if you want.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
