Where in the world have you been hiding?

Where in the world have you been hiding?

Really, you were perfect.

It’s funny what songs get stuck in my head when I write blog posts. This one’s from “Angel of Music”, one of the songs in The Phantom of the Opera.

I was recently looking at my sales stats for my books on Amazon and I noticed that several people had bought paperbacks over the course of one week. That rarely happens, so I went over to Amazon, entered the Kindle books store, and searched for “spanking”.

Baker’s Dozen was the fourth book that appeared. Neat!

It also said I had new reviews, so I clicked into the book’s page and there they were! Reviews! That I’d never seen before! How did that happen? As part of my daily run-through of internet stuff, I check my Amazon reviews page, which is supposed to aggregate all of my reviews. But I’d never seen these before. Weird. Guess I’d better start checking the actual book pages.

Here are some of the reviews I got for Baker’s Dozen:

  • Interesting, eye popping content and mind bending ideas presented in these stories. Entertaining. I was captured start to finish! Steamy read!
I recently started reading the author’s blog. This is the first of his books I’ve read and I was not disappointed. A variety of different well-written short stories with adult spankings in each. The “about the story” he added after each chapter was a nice touch.
  • Author does a great job with the variety of scenes! something for everyone in here – well, if you’re into this sort of thing 😉
  • Very nice, a different look, at least for me, at an activity that I had thought of more as play in a sexual nature. Not that there is not sex, but a different look. Well written!
  • 13 stories that leave you wanting more! The story lines are well developed and each character draws you in. I also loved the notes from the author at the end of each story. It was a nice addition!
  • The kink in these stories will get you hot and more than a little bothered. Each delved into a world I barely had any inkling actually existed, but really want to find out more about!

That definitely made me feel good.

Oh, and I found a review of Three Paddlings for Kristen that has also been hiding from me:

I recently attended my first convention, so I felt Kristen’s nerves. But she was much more successful than I was! I loved the details and the Sunday morning scene was super hot.

After the way I’ve been feeling the past few months, finding these reviews has been a nice surprise.

Unrelated: I love how unintentionally dirty cooking shows can be.
