The June edition of Holiday Heat will be out on the 15th of the month. Here’s the cover:

This month’s cover model is intended to be Maria, who originally appeared in Baker’s Dozen, in the story “Reunion”. As I’ve mentioned in the past (I think — though possibly only in an author’s note), the original version of “Reunion” had Zach sleeping with Maria, but when I rewrote it, I changed that. When I brought Maria back, I decided to have them sleep together, now that Maria was no longer married — Zach doesn’t enable cheating.

I was going to also put in the cover copy, but today I learned that once you submit a book for pre-order and it’s in review you can’t go back and edit or view anything, not until it’s out of review. So you’ll just have to wait and see what the cover copy looks like when the book comes out. I can tell you, though, that some of the characters (including both Zach and Maria) go to a spanking party, and some of the others engage in electrical play, recreating a fun-looking scene I saw at Frolicon in 2023.

Because the 15th is a Saturday this month, there’s going to be a Saturday post on the blog, which isn’t normal for me. I try to post every weekday and let the weekends lie fallow, since it’s already quite enough work to write 365 short-stories (as of this moment I have 39 left to go in the project), search for a new job, study for a major certification test, and spend time with my partners. So enjoy the bonus post, and as soon as the pre-order link for the book becomes available I’ll post that too.
