I recently made some updates to pages on this site:

• Books: Added in Switching Plans and Holiday Heat. If you’re looking for free samples and excerpts, this is the place to go. I also broke the books out into Interactive Fiction; Collections; and Novels, Novellas, and Novelettes.
• The SCU: With the arrival of Holiday Heat, the SCU has gotten into full swing. I went through and added all the characters from Holiday Heat who would be appearing again in future collections, and I split up the couples (for example: Brandon and Ashley, Shawn and Julie, Zach and Alison). I realize now that most of my characters don’t have last names, which can make them a bit hard to keep up with. I added in notes where I could without spoiling the stories.
  • There is one rather large spoiler for one of my novels on the SCU page. I couldn’t get away with not posting it. But I think readers of that particular book probably figured out how it was going to end anyway.
  • Some characters are not, or not yet, part of the SCU, such as the ones from Detective Daddy, Dreaming of How it Was Going to Be, Lessons, and Other Options. Other characters from books that do share with the SCU are not on that page (such as “ThunderstormThighs” from Weekend Plans). Finally, I may have missed some characters (such as one that I just thought of while I was writing this blog post); if you find someone that I’ve missed, let me know and I’ll add them.
    • That said, I do have a prequel story of sorts to Dreaming, which I’ll probably just publish on my blog at some point. It was originally going to go in a new collection, but I’ve cannibalized that collection for Holiday Heat.
