You may recall a few months ago I posted about some shoulder/back pain. I thought it was due to the chair at my office, but it turned out to be because of spanking.

Seriously.

How do I know? Because last weekend I gave a spanking demo and class, and even though I only spanked one person for about half an hour I discovered that I had shoulder pain a little later that afternoon. (More on that afternoon in a future post, because damn.) The only thing that even touches the shoulder pain is ibuprofen, and I’m supposed to be very judicious about how much I take because of stomach surgery — the doctor told me to take acetaminophen, not ibuprofen, for headaches and pain. Acetaminophen doesn’t work for pain, though. And I can’t take Aleve — it upsets my stomach and did so even before the surgery.

At the time this post goes up, I’ll be on the way home from the Lone Star Spanking Party, where I’m sure I gave several spankings. I guess I’ll be enjoying some spanko shoulder for several days now.

Worth the pain, though.
