As I’ve complained about here plenty of times before, I went back to the office in early June. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a pain in my upper right back area, just below the shoulder blade. I thought it had something to do with the chairs at work, and not being used to them. And it hurt bad. Every time I was lying down, if I tried to turn from one side to the other, the twisting movement would be agonizing. It got so bad that I went to the doctor, but of course by the time she could see me it didn’t hurt so much. She thought it was musculoskeletal and gave me some things to try before she ordered x-rays, and at this point it’s not so terrible.
Of course, it does still hurt sometimes. Like a couple of weeks ago, when I was at a play party and gave three long spankings. On the way home, I noticed the pain coming back into my shoulder and back area. It wasn’t as bad as in early June, but it was still uncomfortable, to the point that I told my partner I couldn’t be on top for sex. (We found another way to do it, thankfully.) That same partner pointed out the next morning that right around the same time I went back to the office I also went to TASSP and spanked 27 different people (some of them multiple times) over the course of that weekend.
Uh-oh. Is this a spanking injury, and not a work injury?
As this post goes live, I’m at Oasis, and it’s just ended. I’ll let you know the pain situation when I write my recaps, which will probably be posted next week. Here’s hoping my back doesn’t hurt more than it did before I left.
(I also realized that it could have been because of the 12-hour drive to and from Dallas; I’m flying to and from Vegas, and even though I sprung — sprang? — for Comfort Plus seats they’re still quite narrow. Maybe it was the traveling that caused it.)
