Of course, according to Disciplined Boyfriend and Event Guide, it’s actually August 8.

I checked Checkiday.com, which is the site I’m using for my holiday stories, and neither July 3 nor August 8 say anything about spanking. In fact, the only day that does is April 30, which is “Spank Out Day”, a day dedicated to the abolition of the corporal punishment of non-adults.

So I guess you can celebrate Consensual Spanking day on July 3, or August 8, or if you’re in my house, it’s every day.
