A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about a third short-story collection. I’m pretty sure I’m calling it As Hard As You Can, although I’m not 100 percent sold on that.

Here are the stories I plan to include:

• As Hard As You Can (a reprint from Butt Stuff)
• As Long As You Can (the sequel)
• a third story in this series, to tie it all together (as yet unwritten, but I’m trying to get inspired)
• Broken Glass, Whooped Ass (based on a real thing that happened at my house)
• a story about a man fucking an alien with a tail
• a punishment story based on a former play partner
• a story about a man and his (human) pet
• Bobbie’s Good Boy
• Professor Pain Meets the Unstoppable Force (which would make a great book title, if the rest of the book had the same somewhat-humorous elements of that story)
• a story about having sex in public at Frolicon
• the meme spanking story
• a prequel/sidequel to Dreaming of How it Was Going to Be
• a story about getting punished for lying about a traffic ticket
• the novelette Flashes of Me and You, which is a collection of flash-fiction pieces
• the novelette One Night in Asheville, which is exactly what it sounds like

Fourteen all-new stories and one reprint. Sounds like fun, right? Well, as soon as I finish the last story (whenever that is), I’ll start the beta-reading and editing process. I hope to have the book out by TASSP 2023 (Oasis Labor Day 2023 at the latest), but we’ll see how that goes, given that I’m trying to get the sequel to Weekend Plans out by Frolicon 2023.
